I have been incorporating a lot of the face down knee-to-chest abdominal workouts which can be done with any furniture in your house. Basically, you are in the push up position lifting your knees in the form of a mountain climber. The burn feels just like any other abdominal workout. And if you really want to motivate yourself try looking at your tummy while you are in the position which hangs down because of the position.
The computer system was down today at the gym which resulted in me getting in for free.
My semitendinosus muscle on my right leg felt stiff, so I kept it easy during this treadmill run.
- 2.00 mile run
- 15 dips
- 15 pull ups
- 20 push ups
- 3.52 mile bike ride
- 40 knee to chest abdominal reps
- 60 pound lat pull down, 20 reps
- 30 knee to chest abdominal reps
- 15 dips
Someone holding down the abdominal machine, so I did a good portion of knee-to-chest abdominal repeats during this workout session. Felt great!
