I was excited to get in some intervals on the punching bag at the gym today. It surely felt great getting this style of an upper body workout that I hope to add regularly. Since I had other workouts planned I wanted to keep this workout within a short time frame, but in the future I would like to go the exact same rounds as a normal boxer goes which is twelve rounds. With that, I will likely shorten my other exercises that involve working the upper body because what more muscles do I need to work after those I do from punching the bag.
I finally gained Sweaty Betty 8 hour, 21 day challenge strava badge after my run/ walk on the treadmill. It was the only thing on my mind prior to starting this workout being that I have never got it. Sweaty Betty has some of the most flattering leggings that I would love to seek out since I now have 20% off after finishing this challenge, hehe.
Fitbod app is slowly growing on me especially after today. I noticed that the back, chest and abdominal workout I put together kept me from bouncing around the gym as like most of my workouts consist of. What is cool about the workouts put together on Fitbod is that I can easily build it easily and the application keeps the record of it.
I haven’t visited Native Foods, a vegan restaurant located in Wicker Park – Chicago for sometime being that it is out of the way. While being my typical indecisive self this afternoon, I ventured out to Native Foods and ended up trying something different on their menu for a change. Thanks to pictures shared on Yelp, I was able to stumble across the Orange Cauliflower. Oh and yes it was good! Never would have thought I would see cauliflower in this form.
