My mall walking recap while checking out bold-colored Ashton Martin and Porsche cars inside the mall.
While walking around on three floors, as I window-shopped and checked out different things, I realized I got a good walking workout. I walked 3.1 miles, 7252 steps, and 2 floors. Then, I returned home at 7:19 pm. Therefore, I am getting a 3 to 5-mile walking workout on a daily basis, depending on where I walk, whether mall, street hiking, hiking meetup, or walking meetup.
So, grab your tote bag, with water bottle, healthy snack, and maybe a fruit, and hit your local mall for a stroll through alleys of decorated windows, performances, and promotional events. You might even decide to buy a healthy snack at the mall.
The great news is that everyone can find a place to walk and everyone is doing it.
You did a really great workout. I do not have the transportation to get to a mall. My walking has to be along the streets, the beach, or the river.
