My main focus during this workout was my heart rate, keeping it below 150! After yesterdays workout, I loved the feeling of keeping it in the moderate Aerobic range, which is the 70-80% intensity range. Once I start training for my outdoor fitness races next year, I would like to increase that intensity range to 80-90%.
As for my previous workout rant.I avoided that member from my previous workout conversing with me by getting straight into my workout once I arrived, starting where I left off after being interrupted.

that’s a workout! what’s your resting heart rate?
Yes indeed it is. I will have to check that next time, but my peak was 150.
I just figure with that sort of workout you’re in great shape…
Im in decent shape, but nowhere near what I was in 3 years ago. With life responsibilities like work, and school, I had to put most of my workout time on the back burner.
you can’t really compare yourself to your younger self
I shouted you out in a post that I will share on Friday. I even added my starting heart rate.
alright, I will look forward to it
Just submitted it, it should be up tomorrow. That was actually a good workout day
the long wait for the verification process…
Its up Mr Alex, but I’m currently working on another one to share in the next upcoming days : )
I caught it already, but thanks for the heads up!
