While watching Youtube videos, I noticed this video because I need to do these three exercises or poses on a daily basis. I plan to do these exercises or poses when I am watching TV, even though there isn’t a clear wall in that area. I probably don’t need a wall. I can do the same thing on my floor cushions or by a couch.
Thats great if you have the room in your home to do that.
