I woke up early because the first seminar was at 8:30 am. It was actually a one-hour Lululemon yoga class at the mall terrace area, next to a water fountain, outdoor escalator and elevator, café, and Macy’s department store. 12 people showed up for this outdoor yoga workout. It is a good thing I kept my yoga mat inside my car. It also felt nice to do yoga outside, for a change. I actually enjoyed the yoga experience better outdoors because of the cool morning fresh air, cute birds chirping and tweeting lovely music in the background, and a rushing sound of water from a water fountain in the background, which sounded like a grand waterfall. This experience was very uplifting, energizing, and powerful that I actually felt angelic forces surrounding me, whether any were there or not. It just was an overall powerful feeling that I am considering doing yoga outside, but I am not sure where yet. I also noticed that my yoga poses were better outside because sometimes the mirrored walls in the gym can be distracting.
At 9:30 pm, after placing my yoga mat inside my car, I went inside Crystal Court, where I noticed people were starting to arrive for the Spring Garden Show event. I also noticed Ruby Diner now has 4 vegetarian or vegan options—hummus/pita dish, salad with cheese, and 2 veggie burgers with fries.
So, I would like to start my mornings out by waking up early, doing yoga, whether at the gym or on my own, and then doing my tasks on the day’s agenda.
