13 Tip to Raise Low Blood Pressure

I decided to research ways to control my low blood pressure from getting too low.

  1. Eat small portions, several times per day, or eat small meals frequently.
  2. Limit high-carbohydrate foods, such as potatoes, rice, pasta, and bread.
  3. Temporarily drink caffeinated coffee or tera with meals to raise blood pressure.
  4. Eat more salt and sodium food.
  5. Avoid alcoholic drinks
  6. Cross legs when sitting
  7. Drink a lot of water to avoid dehydration.
  8. Wear Compression Stockings
  9. Avoid sudden position changes.
  10. Eat Potassium-rich foods.
  11. Do light exercises and walking
  12. Keep head raised when sleeping
  13. Drink Licorice Root Tea
