What actually happens when we go to sleep,we must think that we are taking rest or strengthen our body, that’s true but that’s not all like that. You must know the useful and terrifying things that happen.
Many times you just feel that you are falling down and suddenly you wake up that all actually happens when you have a stressful day. Many problems of suddenly woke up just occur due to less rest or by taking too much stress. The other thing is about sleep paralysis it is like sometimes you want to wake up and want to go to bathroom but you can’t stand or wake up. Many people have problems like these it happens due to hard stress, it’s not dangerous but I recommend to make a good sleeping routine.
