WIP for The Importance of Hindsight

This piece seeks to exploit the uncanny valley effect in general and pediophobia specifically. This is just a study for the mannequins, and how they need to be treated with regards to the Iray engine. The final version will have them ambushing an unwary individual, tanoshimi ni shite kudasai…

#1 work in progress

Not sure if this will be my final lighting scheme or not, but the textures read and that's the point of this exercise...

#2 rough sketch

this is a minimalist rough sketch, where all the emphasis is placed on the background and shadows, instead of the figures...
