The Critique Watercolor

One of the big problems with painting out in the open, painting nature as it is, isn’t the changing light or the elements, or even bugs in your paint.  It is critics.  It never ceases to amaze me that people will come along, see you sitting there painting, look at the subject and back at your painting and tell you what you missed like you don’t see that well.  Critics are everywhere.  They are like armpits.  There are always one or two around and they tend to offend.

I call this painting the critique because that’s what I see.  A unsolicited critique.
