This is my newest painting. I titled it “Planes”.
It is acrylic on 9×12 canvas. I used pinks, blues and aquas on black. All of my favorite colors except violet. Cool, calming colors over darkness.
I painted this a couple of weeks ago. I haven’t painted for about a week now. I’m not sure why. I haven’t been in the “mood” I guess. I bought a sketch notebook and some drawing pens from the store last night. I want to try something new. I want to see what I can come up with with just paper and ink. These drawings will probably be abstract as well. I have seen some amazing work with “Zentangles” and “Zendoodles”. I want to try it out.

Love it. Too bad I didn’t think remember I voted on this post late yesterday and voted again and now the system decides to down vote instead. It refuses to up vote it to the number it was when I voted on (7). This unfair voting system is what has kept me away from Virily. They need to implement a better voting system where we can actually SEE that we have voted already. Hopefully, you guy’s can show them this comment. This problem is ongoing for months and no changes implemented. Everyone deserves a fairness.
