Continuing with the Alphabet Photo Challenge with letter “G,” I chose geese. I snapped this photo last week when I was at my doctor’s office. There is a pond across the street where resident ducks hang out all year long. I was surprised to see all the geese when I pulled into the parking lot.
These guys were just strutting along in the parking lot without any fear. It was a sunny and warm day and I suppose they wanted to get a little exercise. I had to chuckle when I though of “having my ducks in a row.” Silly geese, trying to imitate the ducks!
Do you often see ducks and geese in your area?
A nice shot. I never see geese as I am not around any water.
Our geese have all gone south. It’s lonely.

I was surprised to see them. Normally only ducks are there at that lake. I guess they are sharing this year. The ducks didn’t seem to be bothered.
