The baby elephants are very adorable. They are playing happily and enjoying their leisure time playing and drinking milk. They are looking so joyfully, but they were not so happy elephants once.
They are all orphans and come through a tough time. They lose their parents in poaching, starvation, and other incidents. If they were not rescued and put into this orphanage, then they would not have survived in that situation.
This is an orphanage for elephants at Nairobi run by David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust. They rehabilitate the elephant and placed into different national parks once they are grown up.
