I just wrote a post on soya beans chunks for another site. Soya beans are packed with health properties. I must look for the milk and hopefully it should not have any artificial preservatives.
Soy is fine as long as it is organic. GMO soy and soy harvested with ‘pre-harvest desiccation’ by glyphosate may not be something people want to get too much of.
The GMO Free label doesn’t mean much. The Organic label is safer probably.
