This is the lunch I ate yesterday. It was bacon, lettuce, and tomato, but I used lettuce for my bread substitute. Pork rinds with a little sauce left me feeling too full I think. I have shrunk my stomach, and before I was half way through I had to save the rest for leftovers. I can honestly say that I do not miss bread most of the time. If I eat bread I gain weight, and I have worked too hard to gain weight. I enjoy eating Keto friendly foods.
