It may not have been the same dragonflies, but I tell you I would get visits from so many of them everyday in summer for 3 years straight. They would literally surround my home all around at the same time as if I were being protected. As soon as I would come and water my plants, they would come round to the backyard. I started to even call for them and they would come. I decided to check to see if this was true for the neighbors and I did not see any in their yards like there was in mine. In fact, I saw none.
This one right here… I verbally told him/her to please stay on the stick because I needed to get a camera inside the house. Kid you not it was there when I got back. I took this pic, then kept watering the garden…it stayed a while longer.
