Recipe
One TBS of Acia concentrate
4 frozen strawberries
1 banana
Ice-cubes
Place all the ingredients into a blender. Then, blend until thick and smooth. The more ice that is used the thicker it will turn out. This is a great drink in-between meals, or with a light meal. You will be a believer once you have had your very first shake. My husbands adds a little chocolate to his. Oh, sometimes I add a few frozen strawberries, and a little chocolate syrup for a great evening snake
