These photos are taken a long time ago of Sand Dunes from the Far North of New Zealand. Karikari Peninsula.
I thought that they were particularly beautiful to show. Sand comes in different forms and we have different types of sand in New Zealand. Black sand, Light tan sand and golden sand and white sand.
There are dangerous places to go to as well, and it’s also hidden. Yes, we have quick sand as well. Pays to be careful.
Unfortunately, I can only see one picture now. They look like snow-covered mountains. Amazingly.
Thanks there were more pictures and some other saw them. I have never seen snow but I guess it would look alike. It’s warm on this beach not cold. You are better off with white sand bare feet than black sand, as black sand can burn your feet.
I told the staff on Virily about the loss of pictures.
thanks so much Georgi.
Stunning photos, great work Pamela
Thanks Vidocka, glad you like them.
Very beautiful photos, Pamela!
Thanks so much for your kind comments
Dangerous beauty! Haha… I remember the title of one of my posts. Are there no specific signs to indicate a particularly dangerous area, Pamela?
Not so sure, this is not the place where I know where there is quicksand. There is quicksand on 90 mile beach in the far north.
Well, so it must be very careful if visiting the dangerous beauty, right?
Thanks for your kind comments Albert
You are welcome, Pamela
Nice pictures and nice story!
