The photo was taken in a flower box on our back porch in Chicago, Illinois. The mottled background is out-of-focus fallen leaves.
I used a Panasonic DMC-FZ50 camera to take the photo. Then I used ACDSee Ultimate 10.1 to adjust the lighting and boost vibrance and saturation.

One of our most invasive and troublesome weeds here in Montana is bindweed, aka wild morning glory. It might surprise people, but I love morning glories. I just don’t like them choking out my fruits and vegetables. LOL
I can understand that. We had them growing in a planter last summer and this year I noticed there were some along the side of our building.
