One of the most difficult form of poems to write is sonnet or Shakespearean poem. I tried learning how to compose that type buy gave up along the way.
Funnily, I came across a poem generator. I didn’t know there are online poem generators. In this one, I input cat as the main theme of the poem followed by other minimal questions where you insert single words.
This is how it turned out:
One afternoon I said to myself,
“Why isn’t the feline more sober?”
Never forget the pixilated and mocking feline.
Why would you think the beaver is familiar?
the beaver is the most strange rodent of all.
Does the beaver make you shiver?
does it?
I saw the the wooly disclose of my generation destroyed,
How I mourned the peach.
Are you upset by how woolly-headed it is?
Does it tear you apart to see the peach so addled?
Dude is, in its way, the cute effect of man.
Down, down, down into the darkness of the dude,
Gently it goes – the lily-livered, the dishonourable, the chickenhearted.
I cannot help but stop and look at the brainless frog.
Now headless is just the thing,
To get me wondering if the frog is stupid.

I have tried the poem.generator several times. The outcome has always made me smile.
it is always amazing to me what you can do with things like that!
I was amazed at that.
The old joke was to leave 50 typewriters with 100 Monkees and two weeks later you will have all the works of Shakespeare. you just have to sort through a lot of paper.
