Currently 43.80 miles as well as 9 days away from completing Strava – PowerDot Grand Tour, and Trek Century Challenge. Breaking it down, I will need to cycle 4.86 miles a day to complete this challenge at the bare minimum. Ready to kick it into gear.

You can do it – you have one week to go. You can get most of it done now while watching the MLB. Biking while watching the game should do it.
One more week with 37 more miles to go. I am going to think again next month when looking at these cycling challenges. This is only a 100 mile challenge. There are other cyclists that hammer 100 out in a week, but then again they are not dual fit like me doing run & cycling.
I plan to get up early Saturday and knock out like 14 miles at least.
