Great reed warbler (Acrocephalus arundinaceus) in the nature habitat.
Inhabits wetlands.
He often sings perched on top of a reed.
Pictured is a young bird that was fed shortly before I photographed it.
A minute later he hid in the reeds and just listened to them sing…

They are interesting birds, but they are difficult to photograph 🙂

Never seen this one, what a great catch.
Admittedly – it’s hard to take pictures. They are cowards and hide inside the reed.
We have some little birds. I really don’t have any idea what the little ones are.
I’m not a connoisseur either, but I have friends – ornithologists and they help 😉
We have many big birds of prey here, and those I have been able to learn about and study. I am grateful for that at least.
