Bangus or milkfish is one of the main products in our city. In the past fish pens with milkfish and prawns surround the city.
Usually, they sell high-quality ones to other cities or even export them. During this time of lockdown, they have no choice but to sell them locally and at a lower price. Vendors selling milkfish had popped up almost everywhere lately.
The other night, we had a couple of fried bangus. Guess which part of the fish gets eaten first? As you can see in the photo… I mean you can no longer see that part in the photo. 😀
