We have four pepper plants in our front yard. We did not actually plant them there on purpose. I suppose the seeds were dropped by the birds with their droppings. Now, we have been gathering half-a-glass full of peppers almost every weekend. Most of them are red hot!
We don’t use them just for cooking, but they are also great to mix in a bottle of vinegar with some garlic and slices of ginger… we call this mixture in our dialect ‘sinamak’. It’s a great mixture to dip a barbecue or anything fried or grilled.
I’m planning to take some ripe ones and let them try and plant the seeds to have more plants.

The peppers look wonderful. I love peppers but not hot. I have stomach problems.
Well, there some peppers that are not really spicy.
I don’t eat hot things. But these peppers are great for photos.
