There is no moon out there, just the clouds, lightening and thunder, this Sunday evening. I would be happy if we get some much needed rain which could bring us some relief from the scorching heat. We need heavy rain for a few hours at least, not a thunder storm. It is possible that a long steady down pour will bring us the much needed refreshing coolness.
I can sacrifice the moon for rain, such is the heat here, even for a loony , money romantic like me. The plants wilt in the hot summer sun, the trees look down, lifeless and dull. We really need the rain tonight.
This picture was taken on a beautiful evening when hubs and I went out for a walk. It was a cool evening, just the perfect setting for a romantic stroll in the grounds nearby..

i love walking in the moonlight.
But wasn’t Monday really named after the moon. There is something so romantic and incredibly beautiful about a moonlight walk.
