Summer has set in here and so has my craving for cool desserts. I have a sweet tooth and I have lined up a whole lot of cool desserts that I want to have.
We have a shop close by that sells ice cream of different brands. I have plans to make jellies and may try my hand at souffle too – probably it will be chocolate.
I know we are in lockdown and that does not mean we are in mourning. There is so much one can do to keep oneself happily occupied.
Besides enjoying cool desserts I will spend time in my garden with camera in tow. There is always something that I can capture. The sun will not let me down.

That’s such a great message! I have a major sweet tooth too.
Here in Spain we have an extension until May 10th. I do not believe this will be the end date.
We too have a long summer.
Nothing much has changed for me. The usual. I treat this like a long holiday.
That is a positive way of looking at it.
In our country it may end on 25th April
