I saw this Ice Cube Tray and Silicone Muffin pan idea on one of the cooking channels. These are great tools for making and storing single-serve portions. For example, if you’re making a big batch of alfredo, marinara or pesto, divide it up into ice cube trays and freeze them. Then when you need a single serving of sauce for your pasta, simply pop one out and enjoy. The same can be true for muffin pans. My wife makes mini-quiches or mini-meatloaves, then freeze the individual portions for easy reheating later.

That’s a great idea. I’ll certainly use that. You solved my problem with food storage.
I’m glad it solved a problem for you. It really works great. 🙂
Sounds like a great idea for meatloaf. I use my crockpot for many dishes. Very easy.
I use these forms to prepare food. They are very comfortable.
I offer you a recipe for the form – muffins
Bacon muffins and planed cheese
5 eggs
80 grams of bacon cut into strips
80 grams of planed cheese
Bake in a preheated oven.
Beat the eggs and add half of the cheese and bacon. Distribute the other half when the remaining mixture is put into the form, pre-oiled with melted butter.
Bake for 10-15 minutes.
Enjoy your meal.
Thank you Elenka, that’s so kind of you I will try it, it sounds delicious. 🙂
