The Christmas parties that I organise for the poor kids are not complete without the Santa. We live in a snowless environment and to create that scene we use artificial snow which comes in spray tins.
As he walks in snow is sprayed on him and around and the atmosphere gets a new high with background music ideal for the occasion mostly ‘Jingles Bells’
This photo is that of an event held at Solitaire a few years ago. We had around 80 guests that year.
Later in the night we had the visit of another Santa part of what the event boys in the vicinity had organised. They just went from door to door serenading.

The kids enjoy that feeling of snow on them.
We got our first snow today. Not much but it snows.
That is better than too muh snow
It snows in us today and it will only snow tomorrow when next week they predict a warming again so it will probably melt
When the snow melts that may not be quite the thing to enjoy
Hmm.. whatever little Christmas mood I had has been ruined in the last couple of days. Both my boys have fallen ill and one had to undergo emergency surgery. Now I am in no mood for Christmas decorations and party as such.
Sorry for you Dawn. That will keep you on your toes with no time for anything else.
