Some may call them resolutions on January first but after that month most people just call something they want to achieve a goal.
Whether you can them resolutions or goals do you have a hard time or an easy time keeping them?
I track mine and I make four each year. I have kept track for several years and I seem to be doing better, some years I don`t, I fail at all of them while other years I do excellent and get 3 or 4. This year I am going for all four.
This is what my resolutions/goals were in January:
1 – Reduce Spending By Half
2 – Reduce Stuff By Half
3 – Set Up Sunshine`s Homestead Creations Store
4 – Cut Out Sweets – Kick diabetes!
I always make two easier and two harder.
How am I doing? the beginning is always rough or you jump all in. Then you stop and start again.
I have been a roller coaster but I am improving.
To check out my ups and downs here are a few months:
How about you? did you make or break your goals?

Yes

No

LOL. No way I would compete with my friends over weight loss goals. I know I would lose!
Sometimes that makes us work harder when we have someone else with the same goal.
Good to see you. I make a few goals in my mind perhaps but never competition with other.
Many time when friends or a group competes with a weight loss goal they do succeed.
Keeping lists for me, I work through three different lists most of the time.
So do I, I have to have them to make myself accountable.
it is the most important thing sometimes!
I try to do to much when I don`t have a list.
i have the same issue. With my list I know what I have to do and I better budget my time.
