50s and 60s TV Trivia

Even though very few people had color television, this period, especially the 1950s, is often called the Golden Age of Television. Television was just getting started and the programs were often done live leading to some very interesting problems like people getting drunk while doing ads for alcoholic beverages or animals having a bowel movement in the middle of a sketch. Many of the shows still hold up today, others, not so much.

  1. Oops – only 2 out of 10! Some of those shows are a little before my time, and some may never have made it across the ocean, but this is a great idea for a quiz!
