Who doesn’t know Shakespeare? I was watching a Bollywood movie and the Indian grandmother in the film quoted Shakespeare. I was watching an American movie about life in da hood, and one of the girlfriends of the thugs quoted Shakespeare. There are some people who practically worship William Shakespeare as if he’s some sort of bard god. There are others who don’t even want to give him credit for the works that have been credited to him as his original writings. They say someone else wrote the plays and poems but he took credit for it. No matter. Thank you so much! I really scour the Internet specifically looking for content with visual appeal. They say some people are more visual than others. But the fact is all people are visual. Even people who are blind or visually-impaired try to develop pictures in their mind.
My favorite Shakespeare play is “A Midsummer Night’s Dream”, prefer this light charming comedy to his other works.
My favorite is “Merchant of Venice”. It has a special place in my heart because it was the first play written by Shakespeare that I learned from one of my favorite high school English teachers.
I have many favorite quotes of his. A very wise man.
I also many favorite quotes. I particularly like the subtle qualities of his quotes and his sly humor.
