What our body needs every day is definitely getting-water. A bottle of water should always be at your side – in a briefcase, on your desk, while you are engaged in some sporting activity or when you are traveling.

The fact is that it is desirable to drink at least eight glasses of water per day. How to fill this quota?

Start the day with a glass of water before you have breakfast. Your body needs water right then, after a long night without fluids.

Drink a glass of water every time you brush your teeth during the day.

Fill bottles with water and keep them in the fridge. Take each bottle every time you go out. It is useful to always have a liquid at hand, you never know when you will need it.

Drink a glass of water after each snack (snacks, fruits …)

    I agree with you Branka, I´m a fan of water, every day I star with a small glass of water and in the evening it´s almost always the last thing I do before I go to bed. Not because it´s good but because I really like it.
    My ingestion of fluids is like this:
    Alchool: 0% (I don´t like it but nothing against)
    Teasand coffees: 10%
    Juice and others: 5%
    water: 85% (botlled maybe 2%)

    I had done this since I remember, but only because it´s natural for me, not because it´s good for my health!!

  2. I don’t drink enough water….I usually don’t drink water if I am honest. I’ll get water in if I am drinking home made tea, but I know that’s still not pure water.

  3. Sometimes I drink enough, but for some days I simply forget about the water.I do not have the feeling that I’m thirsty, so I go for half a day and I do not drink.
