It is clear from all my errors today I am really too tired and too distracted to do this properly. So it’s time to make some adjustments. I still want to get some things done, and I require sleep. Apparently power naps are good for that.
I did a little research and it appears that 20 minutes is the goal. So I am going to give it a try. I normally don’t lie down in the day at all unless I am very ill. Still I can’t concentrate, spell or think so it seems like something must be done to clear the brain fog or whatever is happening. It needs to change.

it came a time when during weekend I don’t like to do anything but sleep. I quit and looked for another job.
