Tiger Orchid

Orchids are a widespread group of flowers, that are often both fragrant and colorful. They are commonly referred to as the orchid family. Together with the Asters, they are the two largest groups of flowering plants. Orchids have about 28,000 current species, distributed worldwide. To determine which group is the largest is still under discussion, as data of such massive families is continuously in a state of flux.
