Thursday Reflections – The "Sea of Bucegi"

Last weekend I went on a photo tour with my daughter, my husband and Maya. We arrived in an area located only a few tens of kilometers from Targoviste; Lake Bolboci.

Lake Bolboci is one of the most beautiful and spectacular places in Romania, wich has preserved its wild naturalness. It is located right in the heart of Bucegi, between Cheile Tătarului and Cheile Zărnoagei and is nicknamed “The Sea of Bucegi”. It is an artificial dam lake in the Bucegi Mountains, on the Ialomița River. The lake changes its color at every moment of the day creating a spectacle of colors and vibrations.

I share this photo with Thursday Reflections Challenge.
