The Mutt and Jeff of the dogs

I chanced upon a man in the nearby village walking to buy the morning bread. He was holding 2 dogs on a leash. It is like a novelty that I only see in the comic strip of the newspaper that is similar to Mutt and Jeff that is one tall guy and one small guy.

The owner admitted that he did not intend to have 2 such contrasting dogs. But they were given to him and that he couldn’t refuse. Dog lovers like us surely cannot decline the offer of a dog especially a puppy. We also have dogs so I know how it feels when you are offered a dog. When our vet offered a newborn puppy to us, my wife couldn’t refuse so now we have 3 dogs.
