There were some spectacular shots sent into NASA from stargazers from around the world. This one of the Milky way in the background while the Aquarid-shower is happening in the foreground, was my most impressive display.

we were hit and miss because of clouds. oh yeah and light pollution!
Pollution will soon be a thing of the past.
i would hope you are right.
I would have liked to see that but from my windows, the best I can see is the full moon
Even May’s Super moon is spectacular as it is much closer to the earth now.
