The flowers of the star fruit

Who would say that those flowers in the picture are from the star fruit tree? If it would be made into a corsage, no one would suspect. It came to my mind when by accident a kid picked a flower and placed it on his ear. It was only for fun but what I saw is the potential of the star fruit flower to be used as ornament.

The flowers of that tree is always abundant but the fruits come only on a limited quantity. In other words, not all flowers become fruits that it is like the nature of the tree to bear so many flowers. To my mind, the excess flowers are meant to be used as ornament.
