The evolution of hiring

Companies have one basic need – to hire qualified talents. They have used all sorts of technology over the years to satisfy that need. In the mid-1990s, newspapers were used to look for qualified talents. Companies ran advertising campaigns in order to recruit candidates. At the turn of the century, we have seen the introduction of the Internet and job boards being used to search for talents. Candidates had to upload their resumes to the web and a team of human resources specialists sort through those resumes.

This poll was created to understand what you think about the changes in the way companies are hiring talent. Please make your comments after you have enjoyed playing.
