The beans and the arthritis

Whenever I would eat beans in the office canteen, my colleagues would warn me of arthritis or gout. It is painful to the joints and that’s how they feel when they would eat beans for lunch. But I love beans and there’s nothing wrong with me whenever I would eat beans. There’s got to be a factual information on this so I asked our physician.

The verdict is beans give us protein and not uric acid albeit beans is good for the body. The uric acid mostly comes from the intestines of animals like the pork intestines and even chicken intestines that are now being barbecued. And with the beans, I was right all along that beans can give us protein and is a healthy food.
