For the 120th time, the Army Black Knights will go up against the #23 Navy Midshipmen Saturday afternoon at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, PA. This game is always the last game of the college football season because of the amount of nostalgia tied into this game.
This game was one of the first games to be aired on the radio back in 1930 and one of the first games to be televised back in 1945. Back then, the game had national title implications, but it is still played every season in order to preserve an American tradition.

I think this is a tough game for Army overall. Navy has the better team.
but, the reason they play the game is just that!
I sort of have rooting interest for the Army. My dad fought in Vietnam as a member of the Army. Plus, the coach from Army is from the same town I was born in.
🙂 I am only rooting for Navy because Annapolis is just down the road from us!
