French nutritionist Pascal Gordon claims daily sugar consumption cannot in any way disrupt our line. Desserts are allowed, but there are a few rules to follow.
Unless you overdo your daily calories, your weight will not change.
Sugar is essential for the body to function properly. When we deny it, the brain begins to function irregularly, the muscles weaken, and a sense of fatigue and powerlessness occurs. Completely giving up is not a good idea, Pascal claims.
Sweets are allowed, but they are best eaten in the morning as they are then digested the fastest. “If you want to eat something sweet, you can also eat dessert at the end of the meal, but not instead of a snack,” the nutritionist notes. Sugar is not the enemy of the line, as long as you consume it the right way and in limited quantities.

There are five comments here but I can’t see them. Does anybody know why?
Morning for me is too early for sweets. I’m more of a savory person anyway. But most of the “snacks” in this house are sweet treats.
I rarely eat sweets and when I do, all in moderation.
I can’t live without sweets .
I used to feel that way but not lately.
By the way, any plans for more posts soon?
