Theses days I have been feeling speechless. I try to help the disabled, but these days trying to do this has left me speechless. I want to be a hermit and stay away from others. I do pray for hope to rebuild inside of me due to me alway being a survivor in the past Praying for hope to come live within me once again.

We all have to be safe right now. I do understand this feeling. You will be yourself again soon. Many are feeling unsettled and for good reason right now.
