A good night sleep is very healthy. Many people don’t sleep well usually. Short sleep is not good for the brain. Sleeping well is good for memory. Short sleep can lead to illnesses such as heart disease and stroke. Some mental health issues are linked to poor sleep quality and sleeping disorders. Getting at least eight hours of sleep can improve immune function.
