Sleep is important

Studies have shown that if a person reaches 17 to 19 hours without sleep, his or her body will behave the same as the body of an person who consumed alcohol. But if the respondent is awake for more than 19 hours, his or her organism will function worse than the alcoholic. It takes an adult 8 hours of sleep to function normally.
