Today I am going to show you a wonderful tree with beautiful and fragrant flowers, about you can say they are really silk. Mimosa or silk tree is a fast-growing ornamental tree that comes from Asia. Mimosa tree belongs to the legume family. This tree blooms in the summertime. Its fruits develop from flat pods.
Horticulturalists consider mimosa tree to be an ecological threat because it can became invasive. It produces a large amount of seeds that can be easily spread by the wind, becoming serious competitors for the other trees and shrubs.
