There are not many who, these days, permanently confined in the house, bake something, from cakes to bread. These cakes are so quick and easy to make that the kids can make them (here’s an idea of how to hire and entertain them), and they are delicious. The basic recipe is simple, they are baked for ten minutes, and if you want to further enrich them, you can sprinkle them with salt, sesame, chopped rosemary before baking.
Ingredients: 2 cups flour 1 cup full fat cream (20% or more fat) 2 teaspoons baking powder 1 teaspoon salt
Procedure: 1. In a large bowl, combine the flour and cream to get the dough 2. Turn the dough over to a floured surface and knead for a good 5 minutes, that is, until it stops sticky 3. Roll it with a roller to a thickness of 2 – 2.5 cm 4. Cut circles 6 cm in diameter using a round nozzle 5. Put them in a large baking sheet. Do not grease the sheet! 6. Bake at 200ºC until golden brown (10 minutes).

If I were stuck at home I’d probably be baking more. But I’m the only person in the house that eats my homemade bread when I make it. It is too much work for one person, and I’m still working full time outside of the house. -sigh-
I’m a big fan of the kitchen. If you visit my profile you will see many things. Thanks for the recipe. I will definitely go to her. Today, I have a plan to do something else.
These sound and look delicious. Thanking for sharing.
These look like our biscuits. Great food!
