1. Eliminate every calendar except the one I use on the work computer.
2. Take care of all the bedding in the house today.
3. Stop crying, it fixes nothing.
4. Go the the pharmacy to pick up the family medication bundle. (Lupus alone requires 17 pills morning and night)
5. Find joy at my workplace today.
6. Thank my family in writing for all they do.
7. Drink 10 glasses of water.
8. Drink both green and black tea.
9. Clarify some butter.

I really don’t believe in New Years resolutions, but any improvement which isn’t too hard is OK at any time of the year.
