Release

Sometime really bad things happen to really good people. The key is to release the anger and get back up again. It’s not easy. People hear half the story and make judgements. How do you release that kind of anger and hurt?

I remember Mom saying to my brother “why must you always bite the hand that feeds you?” I finally get it. I am not sure but seem to feel confident in hurting those who help them the most. It is like they feel you will help them out of some obligation.  My advice is walk away and don’t get caught up in helping them. There are others who need your expertise. It’ is okay to release people from your life.

Recently someone mentioned they wished they could block someone on sites. You certainly can do it without any technology at all. You don’t initiate or participate in a conversation. You can ignore and go about your business whatever that may be.
