Quarantine violators are jailed

There is a proposed rule for the lockdown that is still in effect in our country. For those who go out without permit are considered illegal or violating the quarantine rule. They should be jailed for at least one day. Maybe that is better than what the cops are doing now. They are beating the violator with a stick that one violator was even shot dead. Perhaps the government leaders who are in charge of the lockdown and quarantine rules should explain to the cops that they are not allowed to harm people.

Maybe there is already an abuse of authority so I guess arresting the quarantine violators and putting them to jail is much better than harming them. The cops here have no common sense and they just hit people as they wish.
